Terms of Service

By accessing or using the FEFS (File Encryption File Sharing) service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By using FEFS, you also agree to comply with the Gegamo Team's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as FEFS is operated under Gegamo Team.

FEFS maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misuse of our platform. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload, share, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Distribute malware, viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret violations.
• Upload content related to child exploitation, terrorism, or violence. Such content will be immediately reported to relevant authorities.
• Engage in phishing, spamming, or any form of unsolicited mass communication.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

While we employ industry-standard encryption and security measures, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Ephemeral Nature: You understand that files uploaded to the Service are automatically deleted after 72 hours (or as otherwise specified by your plan). We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from this automatic deletion process. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In no event shall FEFS, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
